Each time Alliant members use their Alliant Credit Union VISA Debit Card to make a signature-based purchase from March 1, 2013, to March 31, 2013, they will receive one free entry to the “Alliant Debit Card – Sign & Win up to $1,000” contest. Alliant members can also enter the contest by mailing in a letter with their Alliant account number to Alliant Credit Union, “Alliant Debit Card – Sign & Win up to $1,000”, Attn: Marketing Department, PO Box 66945, Chicago, IL 60666-0945. One separately mailed letter equals one entry. By participating in this contest, you release Alliant from any and all liability arising in connection with participation in the contest and acceptance of the prize. Your odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of signature-based debit card transactions made by members and sweepstake entry letters mailed in from March 1, 2013, to March 31, 2013. Three prizes will be awarded: 1st prize is $1,000, 2nd prize is $500 and 3rd prize is $250. All claimed prizes will be made as deposits to the selected winners’ primary Alliant savings accounts (01). Winners will be selected by random drawing to be conducted at Alliant Credit Union Headquarters on Monday, April 8, 2013, at 12pm CT. Winners need not be present at the time of the drawing to win. To learn who won, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Alliant Credit Union, Marketing Department, PO Box 66945, Chicago, IL 60666-0945. Winners will be notified by phone immediately after the drawing and may be announced in Alliant Service Center locations, website, promotional materials and newsletters. Winner must be an Alliant member at time of drawing and in good standing. If a winner is not a member in good standing at time of drawing, cannot be contacted or has not claimed the prize by April 30, 2013, an alternate winner will be selected by a subsequent random drawing. Selections are final. All winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, which will be provided by Alliant (and must be returned to Alliant by April 30, 2013, for prize to be awarded). Acceptance of the prize constitutes authorization to use the winner’s photo, other likeness, testimonial and name and in Alliant Service Center locations, website, promotional materials and newsletters without compensation.
